Part 2 Electric Boogaloo to Kittypet Kingdom lore!
Dogs of the kingdom helped catch and take down larger prey. They hunted deer and other fauna difficult for cats to take down such as boars or such.
They have created teas out of the herbs and added honey to it so they're easier to keep down.
Some just take the herb down as it is but kittens who are difficult or older cats who can't chew as well then this is a better option for this by a long shot.
Fashion time!
The most recent fashion trend is that cats have been fashioning capes, robes, or scarves out of the left over human belongings.
Metal work isn't at the stage of being reached by the kingdoms as of right now but Blood and Claws Empire are the ones who kick start it.
The clans have started fashioning and mimicking the weaponry that the kingdoms use such as spears and the scenting techniques. They're learning!
I don't want to make the clans completely outmatched with the kingdoms being more advanced than them but, they're learning and getting their own equal footing.
That makes a lot of sense for the dogs to also get involved with hunting the bigger prey animals! Lot of strategy has to be put into those hunts and you'd have to always be prepared for the worst case scenario (e.g: A boar's tusk giving somebody a massive gash in their side, concussions, etc.) They'd take in mind which deer to hunt and which ones to keep away from.
Of course we have the classic tea recipes, always very vital, gotta have some tea. I imagine the kittens who are more difficult to give the herbs to like it when their tea has lots of honey, like a big glob of it.
Very interesting on how the cats will craft their own clothes out of leftover human belongings, seems like a great alternative when the numbers of cat sweaters or cat rain coats start to become scarce. We love to see cat tailors. The metal work is a neat thing too, even if the Kingdoms themselves haven't reached that point yet, it'd be extremely useful for hunts and fighting off raids.
I like that you're not making the clans outmatched by the Kingdoms, it'd be super easy for it all to fall into that category on purpose or on accident. It seems like the clans are sorta scrambling up to match back up with the Kingdoms now that they're starting to learn and evolve as a society.

Recover Smarter After a Car Accident with MVA Physiotherapy in Edmonton By Keswick Physiotherapy
A car accident can turn your life upside down in a matter of seconds. Even a minor collision can lead to serious injuries that affect your ability to work, move, and live comfortably. Whether you’re suffering from whiplash, soft tissue damage, or chronic pain, early intervention is key to a full recovery. At Keswick Physiotherapy Spine and Sports Injury Center, we offer specialized MVA Physiotherapy in Edmonton to help you regain your strength, mobility, and peace of mind after a motor vehicle accident.
Why MVA Physiotherapy is Essential After a Car Accident
After a motor vehicle accident (MVA), many people underestimate the seriousness of their injuries — especially if there are no visible signs of trauma. However, symptoms such as stiffness, headaches, dizziness, and back or neck pain can emerge days or even weeks later.
MVA physiotherapy is not just about relieving pain; it focuses on:
Promoting tissue healing
Restoring joint and muscle function
Preventing long-term complications
Supporting emotional well-being
Helping you return to your daily routine and work life
Common Injuries Treated Through MVA Physiotherapy
At Keswick Physiotherapy, we treat a wide range of injuries resulting from auto accidents. These may include:
Whiplash: Neck strain due to rapid back-and-forth movement
Concussions and Headaches: Often caused by blunt trauma or sudden motion
Lower Back Pain: Resulting from spinal compression or soft tissue damage
Shoulder Injuries: From seatbelt pressure or sudden impact
Knee and Hip Injuries: Often caused by bracing during the crash
Soft Tissue Injuries: Sprains, strains, and muscle tears
Nerve Damage: Such as tingling or numbness in arms or legs
Vestibular Issues: Including dizziness and balance problems
These injuries can worsen over time without proper care, which is why early assessment and treatment by experienced physiotherapists is so important.
Our MVA Physiotherapy Process at Keswick
When you visit Keswick Physiotherapy Spine and Sports Injury Center for MVA-related treatment, you can expect a comprehensive and supportive recovery plan designed just for you.
1. Initial Assessment
We start with a thorough physical evaluation and review of your accident history. Our physiotherapists will assess your pain levels, range of motion, and overall physical condition to identify problem areas.
2. Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your assessment, we develop a customized treatment plan that may include:
Manual therapy
Exercise-based rehabilitation
Soft tissue mobilization
Shockwave or laser therapy
Concussion or vestibular rehab
Education on posture, movement, and ergonomics
3. Ongoing Monitoring
We track your progress and adjust your therapy sessions as needed to ensure optimal recovery. Communication with your physician and insurance provider is maintained throughout the process for seamless care.
Direct Billing & Worry-Free Claims Process
One of the challenges accident victims face is managing paperwork and insurance claims. That’s why our clinic offers direct billing to auto insurance companies for all eligible MVA claims. Our experienced administrative staff will guide you through the process and make sure you receive the care you need — without financial stress.
We handle:
Direct communication with your insurer
Required documentation and treatment approvals
Ongoing updates to your physician or legal team (if applicable)
This allows you to focus entirely on your recovery while we handle the rest.
Advanced Techniques for Faster Healing
At Keswick Physiotherapy, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we combine traditional physiotherapy with cutting-edge modalities to accelerate healing and restore function more effectively.
🔹 Shockwave Therapy
Used to break down scar tissue and stimulate healing in chronic pain conditions like whiplash or shoulder strain.
🔹 Laser Therapy
Promotes cellular regeneration and reduces inflammation for deeper tissue injuries.
🔹 Dry Needling / IMS
Targets deep muscle tension and trigger points that may not be reached through massage alone.
🔹 Vestibular and Concussion Rehab
Specialized therapy for those experiencing dizziness, blurred vision, or balance issues after a collision.
🔹 Strength and Mobility Programs
Custom exercise regimens help rebuild muscle, improve coordination, and prevent re-injury.
Emotional and Mental Support
Car accidents often leave emotional and psychological scars, not just physical ones. Chronic pain and reduced function can lead to anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Our compassionate team understands this and creates a calm, welcoming environment where you can recover at your own pace.
We also provide guidance on:
Stress management techniques
Post-accident lifestyle adjustments
Safe return to daily tasks and work

Photobiomodulation: A New Light on Concussion and TBI Recovery
For anyone recovering from a concussion or traumatic brain injury (TBI), the journey toward healing can be physically and emotionally demanding. While rest, therapy, and time have long been the cornerstones of treatment, recent advancements in science have introduced a fascinating new tool in brain recovery—Photobiomodulation (PBM).
Also known as low-level light therapy, PBM is a non-invasive technique that uses red and near-infrared light to stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms. Now, emerging research is showing how this therapy may benefit individuals recovering from brain injuries by supporting cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and even improving cognitive function.
Let’s explore what Photobiomodulation in Concussion and TBI Treatment looks like—and why more experts are seeing light as a valuable ally in brain recovery.
What Is Photobiomodulation (PBM)?
Photobiomodulation involves the use of specific wavelengths of light to interact with cells. Delivered through specialized devices, the light penetrates tissues and is absorbed by mitochondria—the energy centers inside our cells. This process:
Stimulates the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the cell’s fuel source
Reduces oxidative stress and inflammation
Promotes blood flow and tissue repair
When applied to the head or brain, PBM can affect neurological tissues in a way that supports recovery from trauma without causing damage or side effects.
Why PBM Matters in Brain Injury Recovery
Concussions and TBIs are complex injuries that can lead to long-lasting symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, dizziness, memory problems, and mood disturbances. Standard care often involves rest, monitoring, and rehabilitation therapies, but there is no “cure” for brain injuries.
This is where PBM offers new hope. According to emerging clinical evidence and case studies, Photobiomodulation in Concussion and TBI Treatment may:
Reduce brain inflammation after trauma
Support the healing of damaged neurons
Improve cognitive performance and alertness
Enhance mood and emotional balance
Lower the frequency and intensity of post-concussion symptoms
In essence, PBM doesn’t just mask symptoms—it targets the underlying cellular stress and dysfunction that occur after brain injury.
What the Research Says
The science behind PBM in brain health is growing rapidly. In both animal and human studies, PBM has demonstrated measurable improvements in brain metabolism, cognitive function, and structural recovery after injury.
One study published in The Journal of Neurotrauma found that transcranial PBM (light applied through the scalp) improved executive function and memory in individuals with persistent post-concussion symptoms. In some cases, participants reported feeling clearer, more focused, and less foggy—even after years of struggling with symptoms.
Another promising area of research is PBM’s potential role in reducing neuroinflammation—a major factor in the lasting effects of TBI. By modulating inflammatory responses and promoting healthy blood flow, PBM appears to help restore balance to the injured brain.
How PBM Treatment Works
During a PBM session targeting brain recovery, a device emitting red or near-infrared light is applied to specific regions of the scalp. The light penetrates several centimeters into the brain tissue and is absorbed by the cells.
A typical session may last 10–20 minutes, and most people experience:
No pain or discomfort
A sense of relaxation or mild warmth
No downtime—activities can resume immediately
Multiple sessions over time may be recommended, depending on the severity of the injury and how the brain responds to treatment.
Who Can Benefit From PBM?
PBM is being explored as a treatment for a range of neurological conditions, but it’s especially promising for individuals with:
Concussion symptoms lasting beyond a few weeks
Mild to moderate traumatic brain injury
Persistent brain fog, fatigue, or difficulty focusing
Depression, anxiety, or irritability following head trauma
Because PBM is non-invasive and has no known side effects, it’s also considered safe for people who may not tolerate medications or more intensive treatments.
An Integrative Approach to Brain Healing
At Southwest Pain Relief, PBM is often used as part of a personalized care plan that includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or cognitive rehabilitation. The goal is to address not just the symptoms of concussion or TBI, but the whole person—supporting physical, emotional, and cognitive recovery.
By integrating PBM into concussion care, patients may benefit from:
Faster recovery times
Reduced reliance on medication
A more proactive role in their healing journey
The science is still evolving, but real-world results are increasingly showing that light therapy could play a key role in helping the brain heal itself—something once thought impossible.
Looking Ahead: A Brighter Future for Brain Recovery
While PBM is not a standalone cure, it’s becoming an exciting part of a multi-faceted approach to brain injury treatment. For patients living with the lingering effects of concussion or TBI, it offers a safe, research-backed therapy that addresses healing at the source—inside the brain’s cells.
If you or someone you love is recovering from a brain injury and struggling to find lasting relief, Photobiomodulation in Concussion and TBI Treatment may be worth exploring with your care team. It’s a powerful reminder that healing doesn’t always require more medication—sometimes, it just needs the right kind of light.

Sports Dentistry and Mouthguards in Chennai
When we watch children racing across football fields or athletes battling it out on the court, it’s easy to focus on the excitement, fun, and fitness. Sports bring people together, build character, and encourage a healthy lifestyle. But amidst all this energy and enthusiasm lies the risk of injury—especially dental injuries that can happen in an instant. That’s where Sports Dentistry and Mouthguards in Chennai come in.
Whether it’s a school-level game or a professional league match, injuries to the mouth, jaw, and teeth are more common than we think. Sudden falls, accidental elbows, or even a fast-moving ball can cause serious dental trauma. Thankfully, with the rise of sports dentistry, players now have access to preventive solutions like custom mouthguards that offer both protection and comfort.
What is Sports Dentistry?
Sports dentistry is a specialized branch of dental care that focuses on preventing and treating dental injuries related to sports and physical activity. It’s not just about fixing broken teeth after an injury—it’s about preventing them from happening in the first place. Sports dentistry involves:
Preventing oral injuries in athletes
Creating and fitting custom mouthguards
Offering immediate care for sports-related dental trauma
Conducting dental evaluations for athletes
Dr. Hari, a leading name in Sports Dentistry in Chennai, has been at the forefront of this field. His clinic offers personalized care, combining advanced techniques and custom-made solutions for athletes of all ages. Whether it's a teenager in a school football team or a seasoned cricket player, Dr. Hari ensures that each patient receives the right protection suited to their sport and dental structure.

Why Do Mouthguards Matter?
Mouthguards are protective devices worn over the teeth to cushion blows and reduce the risk of broken teeth, lip injuries, and even jaw fractures during sports. They act as shock absorbers for the mouth, safeguarding your teeth from high-impact contact.
There are several types of sports that pose a high risk of dental injuries, including:
Football
Basketball
Cricket
Hockey
Martial arts
Rugby
Skating and cycling
For athletes involved in these sports, using a mouthguard is not optional—it’s essential. Dr. Hari’s clinic specializes in custom-made mouthguards in Chennai, designed for individual comfort, durability, and maximum protection.
Types of Mouthguards Available at Dr. Hari’s Clinic
Understanding that no two mouths are the same, Dr. Hari provides various types of mouthguards to meet different needs and preferences:
Stock Mouthguards
Pre-formed and ready to use
Least expensive but bulky and often uncomfortable
Offers minimal protection
Boil-and-Bite Mouthguards
Available at sports stores
Made by softening the guard in hot water and biting into it to shape it
Better fit than stock guards, but still lacks precision and comfort
Custom-Fit Mouthguards
Designed by Dr. Hari using impressions of your teeth
Offers the best fit, maximum comfort, and superior protection
Ideal for both professional and amateur athletes
Custom-fit mouthguards are the preferred choice among many athletes in Chennai. They are designed to fit snugly, allow easy breathing and speaking, and stay in place throughout gameplay.
How Do Mouthguards Help?
Many people underestimate how effective mouthguards can be. These small yet powerful devices play a crucial role in sports safety. Here’s how:
Prevention of Dental Injuries: They shield teeth from chipping, cracking, or being knocked out.
Soft Tissue Protection: Mouthguards protect the lips, cheeks, and tongue from cuts caused by impact.
Jaw Stabilization: By cushioning the jaw, mouthguards help prevent fractures and reduce the force of jaw impact.
Concussion Prevention: While research is ongoing, some studies suggest mouthguards may help reduce the risk of concussions by absorbing some of the shock from hits to the jaw.
With sports mouthguards in Chennai available from experts like Dr. Hari, athletes can now enjoy their sport knowing they’re protected from potentially serious injuries.
Fitting of Mouthguards in Chennai
One of the most critical aspects of using a mouthguard is how well it fits. A poorly fitted mouthguard can fall out, make it difficult to breathe or talk, or even cause discomfort that distracts you from the game. Dr. Hari ensures a perfect fit through:
Taking precise dental impressions
Using high-quality, safe materials
Tailoring the guard to your sport’s specific requirements
Whether you need a guard that’s thinner for easy communication during play or thicker for high-impact sports, Dr. Hari offers solutions that meet every need.
Dr. Hari’s Sports Dentistry Services
Dr. Hari’s clinic is a trusted name for Sports Dentistry and Mouthguards in Chennai, providing services to individual athletes, schools, and sports teams. His sports dentistry services include:
Custom mouthguard design and fitting
Dental evaluations before the sports season
Immediate care for sports-related dental injuries
Group fittings for sports teams and school programs
Follow-up and maintenance services
Athletes and parents alike appreciate Dr. Hari’s patient-centered approach. He takes time to educate his patients, explain their options, and ensure they are comfortable with their mouthguard or treatment plan.
Benefits of Using Mouthguards
Still unsure if you or your child needs a mouthguard? Here are some compelling benefits:
Prevents costly dental treatments from injuries
Boosts confidence while playing
Easy to clean and maintain
Durable and long-lasting
Comfortable to wear and speak in
Protects not only teeth but also soft tissues and jaw
Considering the long-term health and financial implications, investing in a custom sports mouthguard in Chennai is one of the best decisions an athlete can make.
Why Choose Dr. Hari?
Dr. Hari is widely known for his expertise in sports dentistry in Chennai. His clinic has served countless young athletes and professionals, ensuring their smiles stay protected on and off the field. What sets him apart is his attention to detail, his compassionate care, and the use of modern dental technology to create the best-fitting mouthguards.
Parents, coaches, and athletes trust Dr. Hari for his commitment to safety, performance, and comfort. His custom solutions are not only practical but also highly recommended by sports teams and schools throughout Chennai.

How MRI Helps in Trauma & Emergency Care: A Lifesaver in Critical Situations

How MRI Helps in Trauma & Emergency Care: A Lifesaver in Critical Situations
When accidents or emergencies happen, the first thing doctors need is accurate information about the internal injuries. This is where MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) plays a crucial role.
What is an MRI?
MRI is a non-invasive diagnostic tool that utilizes powerful magnets and radio waves to capture detailed images of the body’s organs and tissues. This technology helps doctors visualize internal injuries or conditions without the need for surgery or radiation. Unlike X-rays, MRI doesn't involve harmful radiation, making it a safe choice for diagnosing medical conditions.
Why is MRI Important in Trauma & Emergency Care?
Quick Diagnosis: In emergencies, time is of the essence. MRI helps doctors quickly identify injuries such as fractures, brain bleeding, and soft tissue damage. This rapid response can be critical, ensuring that patients receive the necessary treatment without delay.
Accurate Imaging: MRI provides highly detailed images of soft tissues like muscles, ligaments, and the brain, which are crucial in trauma cases. It helps doctors understand the extent of the injury and make the right decisions for treatment.
Non-Invasive: Since MRI doesn't require surgery or injections, it is ideal for critically ill patients who might be too weak for more invasive procedures. It provides valuable information without causing additional stress.
Helps in Spinal & Brain Injuries: MRI is especially useful in detecting spinal cord injuries or brain trauma, such as concussions or brain swelling. This is critical for patients who may have experienced a head or back injury during an accident.

Top Neck Strength Equipment to Help Prevent Concussions in Athletes
In the ongoing effort to protect athletes from concussions and head injuries, building neck strength has emerged as a key strategy. Strong neck muscles act as shock absorbers, limiting head movement during impact and reducing the risk of traumatic brain injuries. While training the neck can be done with simple bodyweight exercises, using specialized equipment can enhance the effectiveness, precision, and safety of the training process.
Here’s a look at some of the top neck strength equipment that athletes can use to help prevent concussions and improve overall performance.
1. Resistance Bands
Why it’s effective: Resistance bands are affordable, portable, and incredibly versatile. Athletes can use them to apply controlled tension in all directions—forward, backward, and side-to-side—engaging key muscles in the neck.
Best for: Beginner to intermediate athletes looking to add variety to their neck workouts.
Training Focus:
Neck flexion and extension
Lateral flexion
Rotational strength
2. Manual Resistance Tools
Why it’s effective: Using a partner or coach to apply manual resistance allows for targeted and adaptive training. This method helps build functional strength while encouraging proper technique and control.
Best for: Athletes in close-contact sports like wrestling, football, and MMA.
Training Focus:
Reactivity and proprioception
Directional control
Isometric holds
3. Neck Harnesses
Why it’s effective: Neck harnesses are designed to attach to weights or resistance cables, allowing athletes to perform weighted neck exercises with added intensity. They’re particularly effective for building muscle endurance and strength in the posterior chain.
Best for: Advanced athletes who need progressive overload for strength gains.
Training Focus:
Neck extension
Posterior neck development
Resistance progression
4. Stability Balls
Why it’s effective: Though not traditionally used for neck training, stability balls can help improve balance and activate core and neck muscles during isometric exercises. By positioning the head or shoulders on the ball, athletes engage stabilizing muscles crucial for injury prevention.
Best for: General conditioning, balance, and younger athletes developing body awareness.
Training Focus:
Neck stability
Core engagement
Controlled isometric strength
5. TopSpin360 – Dynamic Neck Strength Equipment
Why it’s effective: TopSpin360 is a revolutionary neck strength training device designed specifically to reduce concussion risk by improving dynamic head control. It uses 360-degree rotational resistance to engage deep neck muscles through natural, sport-specific movement patterns.
Developed with athletic safety in mind, TopSpin360 helps athletes build strength, stability, and responsiveness, all of which are critical for mitigating head acceleration during impact.
Best for: Athletes in high-contact sports like football, soccer, hockey, rugby, and MMA.
Training Focus:
Rotational resistance training
Neuromuscular coordination
Injury prevention through dynamic movement
About the Business: TopSpin360 is a leading innovator in concussion prevention and neck training technology. Our mission is to help athletes perform at their best while staying safe through science-backed, effective training tools.
What to Look for in Neck Strength Equipment
When selecting the right tools for neck training, consider the following:
Adjustability – Allows progressive overload and scalability for all fitness levels.
Safety – Equipment should support controlled, low-risk movement.
Functionality – Mimics real-life athletic motions for better carryover into sports.
Comfort – Proper padding and ergonomic design reduce strain and discomfort.
Safety Guidelines for Neck Training
While neck strength training offers many benefits, it must be done carefully to avoid injury:
Always warm up properly.
Use light resistance and increase gradually.
Focus on form and control.
Never train through pain or discomfort.
Consult a coach or trainer when using new equipment.
Conclusion
Concussion prevention in sports is a multifaceted challenge, but strengthening the neck is one of the most effective and accessible strategies available. Whether through resistance bands, harnesses, or advanced training devices like TopSpin360, incorporating neck-specific tools into an athlete’s routine can provide a significant protective advantage.
By investing in the right neck strength equipment and integrating it into regular training, athletes at all levels can improve performance and reduce their risk of injury—ensuring a safer, stronger future in sport.

Concussion Recovery: Emerging Science for Faster Healing
Concussions aren’t just sports injuries—they can happen to anyone, anytime. Whether from a fall, car accident, or a blow to the head, a concussion is a type of mild traumatic brain injury (TBI) that disrupts normal brain function. Thankfully, new science is changing the way we understand and manage concussion recovery, offering more hope and better outcomes than ever before.
What Is a Concussion, Really?
A concussion occurs when the brain is shaken inside the skull, often due to a sudden hit or jolt. It can lead to symptoms like headaches, dizziness, nausea, confusion, memory problems, and fatigue. These symptoms may last for days or even weeks, making everyday life challenging.
The Old Way vs. The New Way of Healing
For years, the standard treatment for concussions was strict rest—no screens, no school or work, no physical activity. But new research shows that this “total rest” approach may not always be the best way forward. Today, experts are shifting towards Active Concussion Recovery, focusing on safe, guided activities to speed up healing and reduce long-term symptoms.
Key Advances in Concussion Management
1. Light Aerobic Exercise
One of the most promising changes in concussion care is the introduction of light aerobic activity soon after the injury—usually within a few days. Walking, light biking, or gentle stretching can increase blood flow to the brain and support faster recovery. Of course, any physical activity should be approved and supervised by a healthcare provider.
2. Cold Therapy
Applying cold packs to the neck or head can help reduce inflammation and ease headaches. Cold therapy is a simple, non-invasive way to get relief during the early days after a concussion and can be safely repeated several times a day.
3. Mindfulness and Stress Management
Mental rest doesn’t mean complete isolation. Techniques like mindfulness, deep breathing, and short meditations can help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation—both critical for brain healing. Reducing stress levels supports the body’s ability to recover more efficiently.
4. Manual Therapy
Some people develop neck stiffness, dizziness, or balance issues after a concussion. In these cases, gentle hands-on treatments—like chiropractic adjustments or physical therapy—can improve symptoms and help with overall Concussion Recovery. Always choose a provider trained in post-concussion care.
5. Safe Use of Pain Relievers
Headaches are a common symptom after a concussion. Over-the-counter medications like acetaminophen (Tylenol) can help, but others like ibuprofen should be used cautiously, especially right after the injury. Talk to a doctor before using any medication to avoid unwanted side effects or complications.
Why Early Action Matters
One of the biggest takeaways from recent studies is that early, guided care is key. Waiting too long or doing too little can actually prolong symptoms and make recovery more difficult. The brain has a better chance to heal when it’s supported with the right balance of rest and activity.
Who Can Benefit from This Approach?
Athletes who want to return to play safely
Teens and students coping with school demands
Adults recovering from falls, accidents, or work injuries
Seniors who are more at risk for complications
The modern concussion recovery plan is flexible and can be adapted to fit different age groups, lifestyles, and injury levels.
When to See a Specialist
If symptoms last more than 10 days, or if new problems like depression, vision issues, or difficulty concentrating appear, it’s important to see a concussion specialist. With early assessment and personalized care, many people fully recover within a few weeks.
Final Thoughts
Thanks to modern science, Concussion Recovery doesn’t have to be slow or uncertain. By combining light physical activity, simple therapies, and professional guidance, it’s possible to recover faster and more comfortably. Whether you're an athlete or not, you deserve a care plan that supports your brain and your life.
